location: the hotel was next to the restaurant for the bbq evening which was delicious and the city centre and the hua hin night market and many other walkable food options and the main night market. the room was absolutely great with complimentary breakfast, the bed was lovely.

This is a beautiful hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we found a lot of small insect in our garden pool villa. It is not a big deal or dangerous, just a bit annoying.

Water in private pool too cold...hard to really enjoy.. still can see one or two flies around. lobby not obvious, not easy to spot. lobby steps not wheelchair friendly etc.
